At I Love Cat Cafe, we consider our space to be the home of our beloved cats, and you are our valued guest. To ensure the safety and happiness of both our feline friends and visitors, we kindly request that you observe the following rules:

Sanitize your hands before entering the cafe.
Please refrain from picking up or carrying the cats while interacting with them.
Please put on fresh socks before stepping into the cat room
Gentle Interactions, gentle gestures and soft voices
Respect personal spaces. While the cats love your attention, they also value their personal space
No picking up. Some cats may not enjoy being held, and we want to ensure their comfort.
Avoid disturbing cats that are resting in designated areas.
When taking pictures of our cats, remember to turn off the flash.
Keep noise levels down, as cats are sensitive to loud sounds.
Do not leave your drink unattended.
Show kindness and respect to our staff members; any form of verbal or physical abuse is strictly prohibited.

Kids below the age of 12 should be under adult supervison
Minimum age of the kids to play with the cats is 4 years

Please note that by interacting with our cats at I Love Cat Cafe, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, such as scratches or bites, which may result in personal injury, property damage, or other losses. You release I Love Cat Cafe from any liability for such losses, caused either by the cats themselves, the Cafe Indemnitees (including directors, employees, and contractors), or other customers or individuals present at the cafe. Furthermore, you agree not to pursue any claims or legal action against I Love Cat Cafe for such losses and assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

We reserve the right to ask individuals who repeatedly break these rules to leave the premises. Our cats deserve respect and should be treated as living beings, not toys.
